Tracy LaLonde has worked with law firms and companies to create a competitive advantage with its human resource talent and is a known thought leader in the professional development space within the legal industry. At Akina, she helps lawyers, practice groups and law firms develop sustainable skills in business development, as well as in leadership and communication.
Alycia has more than fifteen years of experience helping lawyers, executives and managers rethink how they approach marketing, sales and leadership issues. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals leverage their strengths and interests to change how they work, sell and lead.
Christie, a former California litigator, brings more than a decade of big law firm experience to Akina. She understands first-hand the demands of practicing law and generating business and is driven to help individuals develop greater success through intention and purpose.
Barbara is currently working as Executive Assistant for Akina Corporation. She joined the team in January 2006 and has been an integral part ever since. As Executive Assistant, Barbara works closely with team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects as well as day-to-day operations.
