Holly has worked in the legal industry for over 10 years. As the former head of a marketing and client services department and recruiting manager of a mid-size law firm, Holly brings a broader understanding of the importance of developing a law firm’s greatest asset—its people. She has led strategic business development initiatives that strengthen client relationships while growing a firm’s business.

Holly has held various leadership positions in the legal community, including serving on the board of the Legal and Professional Services Council, vice chairing NALP work groups and she is the former board president of the Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators. She is also the board president of the Rampage Women’s Hockey organization.
She graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and when she is not helping lawyers be the best version of themselves, she’s playing ice hockey four nights a week.
