WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO

I love working side-by-side with smart, driven people. I also find it deeply rewarding to help a client grow and continually raise the bar on what’s possible.

GREATEST STRENGTH I BRING TO CLIENTS

Persistence!

FUN / INTERESTING FACT

I hold a certification in Montessori early childhood education – which I only intended to use at home with my children. But, I find that many of the underlying concepts end up spilling over into my client work. For example, Montessori views the environment itself is a teacher – structure matters, learning happens best in a hands-on way, diversity is key (mixed ages and skill sets). This obviously holds true for adult leadership teams as well. I’ve borrowed ideas from Montessori in my professional life in many ways!
