Why is Akina qualified to assist us with our revenue generation challenges?
We are qualified to help you because our expertise comes from in-depth, hands-on experience and a passion for execution. How do I know I need Akina's help?

We already send our employees to sales training. Do we still need Akina?
Unlike generic sales training courses, Akina's program is crafted specifically for your needs. Working with you we identify why your organization is not achieving its revenue objectives, and design and implement a customized change process that will allow your company to get to its next stage of growth. Training is part of what we do but traditional sales training courses can also be very complementary to our work.

Who should be involved in implementing this framework?
At a minimum a multi-disciplinary group of key managers from marketing, sales, and sales support should participate in the creation of the framework. Consensus on the key issues and decisions is critical to long-term success. On many occasions, the entire client sales team participates in some aspect of the overall program. This ensures rapid understanding, buy-in and adoption.

How much time is necessary?
It typically takes between two and twenty (or more) weeks to build a customized framework for a mid-size to large company. During this time, Akina will facilitate a number of meetings, workshops, and training sessions in addition to working with your key sponsors on the more detailed aspects of your solution.

What are typical deliverables?
Objectives and deliverables are specified prior to the start of the engagement but typically include offering development and crystallization, sales approach and process definition, sales tool creation, best practices, organization alignment plan, and training plan. We also provide immediate tactics your team can use that same day to improve results. We also schedule periodic reviews to help our clients keep their transformation on track.
