THE ACCELERATED SALES PROGRAM

The Accelerated Sales Program™ (ASP) is a coaching program that includes a series of training and one-on-one coaching activities and occurs in a 6-week or 12-week format. Between workshops, Akina conducts weekly, in-person coaching with each participating individual to develop and execute a customized business development plan that includes specific strategies, tactics and action steps to achieve targeted goals.

PITCH TRAINING

Akina helps individuals and teams prepare for pitch opportunities by using a combination of training, consulting and coaching approaches. Using a live pitch opportunity or hypothetical case study, Akina teaches pitch teams to identify the factors that create successful pitches and then coaches participants to prepare, practice and execute a successful pitch approach. When possible, Akina incorporates video technology into the pitch training experience to provide immediate and meaningful performance feedback.

STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

A firm’s current accounts are the most important revenue-generating asset it has, yet most firms do not actively invest in their relationships with their clients. Using Akina's account management framework, we help firms design a comprehensive process that maximizes the revenue from strategic accounts while managing risks to the relationship and future revenue. We then coach professionals to use the process on real accounts, to monitor performance, provide feedback and tailor next steps.

AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

As both a stand-alone offering and a complement to the Accelerated Sales Program, Akina works with clients to develop customized leadership development programs. The Authentic Leadership Program™ combines workshops targeting organization leadership competencies with facilitated group discussion sessions and personal one-on-one coaching designed to accelerate the discipline, rigor, pace and effectiveness of specific leadership competencies.
